Meet Miranda Johnson

Educator | Curriculum Specialist | Blood Disorder Warrior & Advocate | Founder of The Collective 365

From Teacher to Holistic Advocate

As a former elementary teacher and K-8 tutor with a Master's in Curriculum & Instruction (2025) and over 10 years of experience working with students in underserved communities, I witnessed firsthand how knowledge gaps in early grades widen as children progress through school. A gap in second grade becomes a chasm by middle school.

I also saw how outdated curriculum sets fail to prepare kids for the current or future job market. Schools are teaching yesterday's lessons to tomorrow's leaders—and that needed to change.

"That's why I founded Educate 365: to fill those gaps using AI-enhanced curriculum that prepares students for the real world while building entrepreneurial skills that empower them to create their own futures."

But my journey didn't stop at education.

My health journey changed everything.

Living with Factor 2 deficiency opened my eyes to the damaging effects of traditional healthcare systems. I experienced firsthand how patients—especially women and minority groups—are often dismissed, misdiagnosed, or given one-size-fits-all treatments that ignore the whole person.

This awakening deepened my commitment to holistic healthcare advocacy, menstrual health equity, and blood disorder awareness. I believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare that honors body, mind, and spirit—not just symptoms on a chart.

The birth of the Collective 365

The Collective 365 was born from these twin passions: educational equity and health equity. But it's also rooted in something deeper—holistic nourishment.

"My mission is simple but powerful: ensure no child is forgotten, whether in Milwaukee or Malawi."

Through Educate 365, Flow 365, and Advocacy 365, I'm building a movement that honors the whole person—365 days a year.
